Closed account still shows on credit profile

I paid up my vodacom account and moved it to prepaid, it still reflects on my credit profile as opened.

I called and try to get a paid up letter to have removed from my credit profile but no feedback. Not sure on what to do anymore that i actually decided to port my number to another service provider
