Closed account showing on Transunion credit report

I closed my contract with Vodacom in December last year and moved to prepaid but my credit report still shows that I have a monthly instalment of R420.00. This is affecting my credit score. When I call the call centre they keep passing me around from one department to the next without a resolution.
