Closed Account Handed

<p>In 2013 I closed my Business accounts with Vodacom as the company stopped doing business.</p> <p>Now 3 yrs later I get harassed by MBD with continuous SMS's and phone calls. I have sent them the documentation requested and it stopped for a while and then it started again.</p> <p>I sent mails again to the original person with no response and after persistent requests for feedback later got a response that it was sent back to Vodacom ” Kindly note that the account has been closed on our side as per Vodacom’s instruction”</p> <p>This is really pathetic service from Vodacom that this was allowed to continue for so long and MBD for this not to be resolved after requests to investigate.</p>
