Close my account and pay me my money

I was a loyal member at vodacom, took a 36 months contract phone sumsung A12. My contract was supposed to be due 08th November but the consultant who assisted me never make a note of that, so said another consultant who assisted me after deduction made end of November, he said the debit order will go off end of December then they will close it down. Okay debit order went off again yesterday now I am paying vodacom 38 months for the phone that is not working. No airtime no data but they don't want to close my account. Vodacom must pay me back my last 2 premium and send me a letter to proof that I finished paying off my debt. I am so fed up with them and their consultants who are not doing their job well done. Pay back my money and close off my account please, I don't owe u, u owe me too much 😡😡😡😡😠🤬🤬
