CLOSE DOWN MENLYN VODACOM 4 U !!!!

Angry, and dissapointed doesn't even compare to the awful service recieved from this Vodacom store. They have incompetend and dishonest staff. Especially a Mr E. Mr E did an upgrade on our contract without our consent, after a massive amount went of from our account. He asked us nicely to not say anything as he will pay us back monthly ( I mean can you even)

Then..... he asked us to send back the phone as he did a reversal on the contract....But the massive shock came with the so called "reversal" he never reversed the contract he cancelled it and the amount of R29 000 was deducted from our account.

Our phone was also suspended, and it let to numerous days without a phone leaving me to a lost of income as my main and only source of income is through my phone.

If you think that speaking to a Manager will be the way, think again. Even they, don't have more authority to sort out these kind off problems.

Whatever you do.....don't go to this store.
