Clone Chaos

<p>Vodacom called me this morning to inform me that my number had a sim swap request and they will like to confirm if my details but I've lost my number and my money cause i have internet banking.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called in the consultant told me that they expreince this daily and it happens even with their Vodacom log in details to ***** customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>My issuse is that if vodacom gets these cases daily and their aware of this, what is been done?</p> <p> </p> <p>I can imagine that 1000 of people get *****ed everyday.</p> <p> </p> <p>So are my personal ddetails not safe with vodacom if they can asses my personal information and theirs so easily?</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like Vodocom to actually put on a investigation and put they customer at ease cause I'm now also broke because its so easy for them to be cloned considering that my personal details.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need help.....</p>
