Client Servicing with bad attitude

I have tried to call Vodacom and on multiple occasions and I have not been happy with with the service. Today I have decided to speak up because this cannot go on anymore. I initially called to find out why Vodacom deducted 25 or so payments for my iPad. I have been to multiple Vodacom stores and when I went to upgrade my device I was told that the payment I had made for the iPad was my last. To my surprise I got another deduction in January 2017, when my contract started in December 2014. I need to query that and receive my refund and no one has been willing to help.

Today I called so I could activate the airtime transfer option and I was answered by a guy by the name Sihle at 8:40 (gentleman is too kind a word to use for this person as his behavior was not reflective of such). At some point he told me to put my phone off speaker because I kept asking him to repeat things that he had already said...in his words. I told him that the reason my phone was on speaker was because i could actually hear him clearer on speaker. The conversation came to an end and I informed him very calmly that he needs to be weary of the words he chooses to use as they could come accross as very rude. And he cut the phone on me. He called me back and in a very ****y mannner...told me that "ok...lesson learnt".

I do not appreciate rude consultants, more so for the fact that I was actually helping him for his other interactions.

I need Someone to now urgently contact me to resolve these 2 matters as I am not getting anywhere. I have been patient and I am now reaching my limit with the lies and attitude.
