Client service that sucks!!

Absolute pathetic service. No one can ever help to you. I closed my account. They said I am prepaid now and I got a statement to say the account is in 0.00 balance. Just to get a email from attorneys to state I owe 100. No one ever called me!! Vodacom please wakeup!!
