Client representative lies
Hi, I am due for an upgrade and was called by a vodacom client rep to do this. I advised her that as a loyal client for 20 years, it's unfair to offer me the same as a new client, or someone who's just had a contract for a few years. She assured me that this isn't the case, and the offers to me are different cos of my loyalty. Advised her that I will consider, and after the call saw on your site that I was being offered exactly the same as everyone else. She ****. That is really unprofessional. Now I will have to move.
