Client apathy
My issue is still unresolved and an agent has tried to contact me; however, the call was cut/dropped due to connectivity issues. No one has thereafter tried to contact me so that we can find an amicable solution. I would just like an explanation (the charges may be legit; however, I am non the wiser.
