Clearwater vodacom

Good day

On I bought a OPPO handset from the Vodacom shop in clearwater. Only 2 days after I purchased the phone it started up in a Asian language. It then started to make colors and stripes over the screen. I went Back to the Vodacom shop whereby they informed me that they will have to send it to the manufacturer which will take 7 days and if there is nothing wrong with the headset we can just get it back.

I'm paying almost R16 000 for this cellphone , i wanted to cancel the contract as per the consumer protection act where a client has 5 days cool down period and Vodacom clearwater just refused. We are really not happy with this
