Clear my name!!!!!

I have a bad reference on my credit record from Vodacom, I DO NOT HAVE A VODACOM CONTRACT. this contract was taken out in 2007. i have requested on numerous occasions for the original contract, i have not received anything. it is now 2018 and this is still not rectified. please clear this off of my name!!!!!!!!!!!
