Clear my credit record. I don't owe you.

You are a great platform for us who seemed undermined and in heared. However I will not recommended Vodacom to any sane person. I have not received my response regarding my query about my credit record listing. No one contacted me expect for the time I was told it will take 7 days for those payments to be cleared off my credit record. The payments are still there and instead they are sending me invoice that I still owe them💔😭. Now I don't know what to do. I am defeated LITERALLY!!!!
