Classic Vodacom F@#% around

Firstly you deserve no star. So, I app**** for Vodacom fibre. I was told by a vodacom employee that this is not yet live in my are....okay fine, could i then have the interim LTE setup until fiber is available. For some or other reason I was put onto Vodacom Business LTE. No I want to have my Vodacom fiber installed and I am told I need to pay just shy of R4 000 to cancel the LTE contract and then have my fiber installed. how can you possible feel proud *****ing over a customer like this. I was told by many Vodacom employees that no problem we will change you from the Business LTE to the Fiber and my debit order will just continue with no double debit orders. this has been going on for aver a year now and still to no resolve. the latest i got was oh no you were supposed to apply for an upgrade on your LTE. how when my very first order with Vodacom is for fiber and not LTE.

if anyone reading this knows how i can severe my ties with Vodacom please do let me know as I have had it.

Please please people, DO NOT USE VODACOM. they do not care about customers, they are only after your money for service that sucks

I only received an answer yesterday as to why I am being charged a cancelation fee of R 4000 when all that you promised me was that you will change my contract to the fiber contract I actually signed up for. why am i being charged this fee when your employees decided to put me on business LTE and not interim LTE until my fiber line was installed. I am not going to accept the cancelation fees.
