Clarity on new cell phone contract

I recently took out a new contract with Vodacom. I was very happy with the service rendered by the sales agent, Kugan. He was helpful and attended to me very well. I was also very impressed with how quickly the credit checks were done and delivery arranged....all that was great.

However, I got a call yesterday from a guy named Edward who called to arrange delivery of my new phone and he advised me about the data that comes with the contract, which I asked for clarity on. He asked me to hold on, which I did. Then he reverted and said that he cannot find the information and will call me back. He has not done this yet. i have called the Vodacom call centre number and get given the run around.......is there nobody out there that can give me clarity on what my contract stipulates.

My account number is ********** 0....I just need to know how long the 10Gb of data is valid for. Kugan advised over the period of the contract (24months) and Edward advised 4 months......a big differnce, which he was meant to clarify.

I am still waiting for one of your trusted consultant to call me. More importantly, I called on Friday and spoke to a lady called Pedile who has given me a third possible answer to my question and I asked for the contract to be cancelled and the phone to be collected. I have not heard anything on either account. I have since also found out that my number was not ported, despite me specifically requesting this.........what a poor show.......really need to catch a wake-up and start providing the customer service to the extent that is expected.
