Claiming to not find address but they've delivered before

I took out a phone on contract 3 years ago, Vodacom delivered it to my house, now i'm trying to buy something else they suddenly saying they cannot find my house address on the map even after delivering from there before, how did they find it the first time? should I just take my business elsewhere
