Claiming fast data but gives slow service...

Gave my phone in a week and a half ago just to get a damage assessment report. Although I expected it to take a while as they had to ship it ±30km none of Vodacom Repair Witbank's phone numbers work and can't get hold of anybody to get the status of the assessment. I require my phone and expect quicker service as well as better feedback. A person I got hold of a week ago mentioned that she would send me the damage assessment report by last week Friday or at the latest Monday, its Wednesday afternoon with no feedback. Then one wonders as soon as one accepts the quote, howlong will it then take eventually complete the job...

I just rep**** on a automatic email received from hellopeter. Never the less,
This issue escallated in the sence that firstly the quote I received was for a different handset (not even my phone). Secondly, the part that was actually broken (the screen, which should be obvious) doesn't reflect on the quote and everything else is there to be replaced, why? And can you please contact me if anything is unclear.
This is absolutely terrible!!!

Dear Vodacom,
I am now reaching a point of switching networks. I am a loyal customer having three valuable contracts ever since I had a cell phone, upgrading every second year, with Vodacom spending a considerable amount each month never complaining. This is, however, pushing me over the top. I handed in my phone (Middelburg) on the 16th Jan 2017. From there very poor communication and even worst service. Eventually I received the repair quote 27th Jan (11days later). Of which, the details was so misleading for any natural person to understand which created confusion which were only cleared on the 31st Jan. I accepted the quote and sent it to my insurer. I indicated in the correspondence that nothing should be done before I come back to Vodacom with an answer. As soon as I received an answer I learned that my phone is being sent back. WHY? I learn that there is a 7 day turnaround time (which 4 days were lost through unclear quote documents and poor communication). I immediately contacted the store (Witbank) indicating I accept the quote and the phone should not be sent back (to save time & costs as well). This apparently is not possible, WHY? The woman working in the store assured me that she will then intercept the transfer and book it back at the advance repair shop (also in Witbank). This didn't happen and my phone is all the way back at the store I initially handed it in (Middelburg). Now it is three and a half weeks later and we are back to square 1. Honestly... Can I request the regional manager to contact me so that I can receive proper service as well real-time feedback.
I need my phone and are currently borrowing a phone, very inconvenient. This is very unprofessional and poor service.
Regards Basil
