claimed experts dont know what their doing

unacceptable service, simple questions about the quote they gave me, they cant answer instead I get blunt answers by Lezaan Delport, that \if I don't want to pay they can reject my quote "after I was advised by them if I have a question I can mail them.they don't return calls"
