Claim Rip-off

After 13 months standing insurance with Vodacom Insurance, at a cost of R195 per month, totaling R2535 thus far. I have had to claim for an amount of R1200 for repairs to my damaged phone. Vodacom Insurance are enforcing an excess of R750. How is it that I have paid you R2535 for insurance, and I must pay in 62% of my claim? Disgusted at the ****************.
