Claim not resolved

In August 2016 I went out of bundle it happened 9am at 2pm I realised my mistake and the bill was 1700. A week later i get a message its R3000 after query its R3300. I asked them how can this be possible no late billing. First qestion how do you late bill 1 gig data that was used at exactly the same time? Is it 500meg first or how does this work? Then they said they will phone back in 7 to 14 work days. I heard nothing phoned vodacom repeatedly and they just told me its being escalated. Today i get a sms saying they have handed me over. Not once have they phoned back or let me know anything now i hear i have been handed over. Phoned vodacom again to ask them but this is a unresolved issue and they just said sorry you have been handed over. Can someone please explain to me how is it possible for you to be so unhelpful and ********? Why would you do this? Do you want less people to use ur network?
