I would like to congratulate Vodacom Complaints team Tanya specifically, she is very good at what she does, i personally give her 100% for everything After my claim was declined she responded to my post and she took me through the process and excepted my claim. Lastly she was very honest as i was not aware that i was over paying the insurance. Thank You Tanya i got myself Y9 instead of Y5 all thanks to you.
