Cindy Phala (Vodacom Rosebank) Amazing!!!
I have not had the best experience with Vodacom to call centre agents dropping calls to being given the run around. But on Friday I went to the Vodacom Store in Rosebank and was assisted by Cindy Phala. You see me number had been ported to MTN without my consent and I did not know what processes to follow. She explained all processes with me and had so much patience with me as I did not understand protocol and process. She took her time to reexplain processes to me and not not show any sign of annoyance. Cindy Phala is truly a Gem in the Vodacom family and I really hope the team knows that. Thanks Cindy
