I have for a very long time problem with Vodacom and to get hold off them is a problem also with email addresses who don't work. I am trying to ask from 2023 why must I pay for RED flexi 260 line rental for amount R238 and it's for more than one number. I have my own WiFi and no one ever when you upgrade tell you the truth about the package. In Oct 2023 I started to ask them all they say they will cancel and what about all the months I paid ????? No one help just said case closed. They don't even changed my adres as I asked them. So I want help please my account nr ***2-4. And I am with them for long time but if my contract expire will never go to Vodacom again.

04 May 2024, 10:28You paying for things they don't tell you about and when you try do get gold it's impossible. Once you may be happy to get gold off them you won't get the help you need
