Chembelani Rocks

In the past, I've had a few very bad experiences with vodacom. Going to the bank - into an actual branch, going to the post office and calling Vodacom is the sort of thing i postpone and avoid until there is simply no space left to escape the event. This morning, I had to call. Oh Dread! But then I was lucky. Chembelani turned approximately 35 min of the customary torture, into quite a fun and light experience. She is energetic, articulates every word so that she doesn't have to repeat herself. One could hear this lady knows her stuff. No uhm's and ah's. No negative vibes and a sense of pride. There was a time - all over the world - when, when you called a number you knew exactly who was going to answer and you'd have that number written down in your book. Under Vodacom, Chembelani would've been my go to number. Thanks so much. May you go from strength to strength.
