Check your statements and invoices and upgrade dates carefully!

I will never ever deal with Vodacom again in my life!!

They just do what they want and you just have to pay. No answer to emails, if they phone you they phone on a DATA NUMBER!!! yes, you can believe it. One of their employees told me what Vodacom's new slogan is...: "We want da MOOOONEY!!!" I have her name if you are interested. Don't even attempt to try and get settlement figures in order to cancel contracts. It is laughable. I could not believe what she told me, after I have been battling to get settlements for 4 months.... I still don't have it, because they don't know what they are talking about and, ******* upgrades that I did not appoove crept out of the woodwork!

So Pls people, start checking your invoices AND statements. Get away and stay away!! They are ******!!!

I am so tired of getting nowhere!
