cheating sales staff at vodacom norwood mall

I upgraded 3 contracts at vodacom norwood last year it was a long story but after being messed around for a long time I went to the store to get the upgrades. A very important part of the story is the upgrades were supposed to have free screen insurance before I got the phones I confimed with the sales person that the phones have free screen insurance she said yes. Fast forward to a few months later a screeen broke so I took it to the store only to be told screen insurance was never activated so I called vodacom and none of the contracts have the free screen insurance I was promised. After contacting the store manager and he was not prepared to do anything. Customer care just tells me I have to deal with the store. they are all useless.
