********, shame on you!!!!

Vodacom App conveniently deleted your voice balance expiration so that customers are not aware of it. Then they punish you by you forfeiting your recharge for that month on contract. They find new and innovative ways on contracts to cheat customers of their hard earned money!!!! Why not put that feature back so that customers will be aware of their airtime expiring and use it up instead of Vodacom *****ing it from them!!!!

You are incorrect. I have been told by your customer care that my airtime expires in 2 months, based on my price plan. Now, who cares to reply whether you are correct or customer care? somehow I get a different excuse each time I call. Tech department is baffled that I am not able to access my airtime expiration and cannot help me. Customer care gives me 3 different excuses and in the meantime, I was debited with about R350 on September 1 stating that I forfeited the money because my airtime had expired. Like I said, SHAME ON YOU VODACOM!!!! The contract started in july, I obviously used my airtime so how can they deduct over nearly 3 months of airtime with the excuse that maybe it was from the previous contract that may have carried forward!!!!!! Seriously?!!!!!! Matter is still not solved, and Im afraid they will continue to ***** my money claiming I have forfeited it!!!! And, they will not cancel my contract without charging me penalty!!!! I loose either way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM! You will regret it
