Cheated out of my prize

So I was play this thing of theirs "SHAKE" for a while and I won't the puzzle pieces for both 50K and 10k grand prizes 10k I got 9/9 pieces where as the 50k I got 10/9 pieces and I have the sms's to prove it but I never got the money or even a call to congratulate or confirm my winnings. I wrote to them on their Twitter account and I was told it could I won the same pieces but nowhere in the competition does it say that it is possible for you to win the same pieces AND you don't have a way of seeing if it's the same pieces cause all it tells you is you have won a piece of the grand prize and the second SMS will say "You have have won 8/9 for 50k grand prize" it kept doing that to me for the past few days and no money. With no explanation from Vodacom
