Cheated by Vodacom

This is my second complaint regarding this matter. I feel cheated by Vodacom because of poorly explanation of usage of data. I was not told about an open \line"between my old and new contract. I was simply advised to take out a 250 meg data \""incase\"" to cover any data usage should I go \""over\"" I makes no sense since I should buy data anyway. I was charged over R1 300 for this mistake. I would have NEVER agreed"
