Cheated by telephone sales

Good day,

I am writing to you as you are my last hope to get a problem solved. In February 2016 Vodacom's telephone sales department phoned me in connection with an internet contract. I spoke to them asking about a wireless Wi-Fi for e.g. going on holiday, as I have Wi-Fi at home.

They promised to let me know and a few days later a device was delivered at my house and immediately received a SMS telling me what my contract number is and that I now have a 24-month Top Up contract and my credit limit is R5050.00.

I then immediately cancelled the contract, asking them to fetch the device, as I did not even open the parcel. On the 16th of February they fetched the parcel and ever since I have been battling to get this simple contract cancelled, as well as to be refunded for the months they debited my account.

I have a telephone contract with Vodacom for R209.50 per month. For no reason they took off R71.40 for February and R119 for April and May.

I would appreciate it if you could help me to cancel the contract and to be refunded with the money they owe me.

If you want to contact me during the day you can phone me on *** because I am at work then.
