Chasing vodacom managers to approve 🤦♀️ horrible!

In 3rd week with no service, many hang ups, many escalations, passing me to vumatel ( third party who doesn't have a phone number), now am chasing a vodacom manager to WORK and approve my order number sent from vumatel to get the service and I can't reach of course, I doubt calls are recorded cz agents are unprofessional, rude and has zero ownership with many promises to follow ups and I receive nothing. I follow up and chase each single step in the loop to ask people to do thier job. Stay away!
