Charging us for stuff we don't even have
April 2015 we upgraded two of our existing contracts telephonically and received 2x tablets. Once we received them through a courier we tried to activate them, also telephonically, only one activation was successful. A few days later we phoned Vodacom Call Centre again, telling them that the second tablet was still not activated. They apologised and said they will look into it.

A day or two has passed when another courier delivered 2 more tablets (which we didn't order). In the meantime, month end passed & it was May 2015. We got charged for 4 tablets. Again, we contacted Vodacom Call Centre, telling them that we now have 4 tablets and that only one was working. So we said that we are returning the faulty tablet together with the 2 extra tablets we haven't ordered. They said it's in order.

A few days later the 3 tablets was picked up by Vodacom's courier. Two of the tablets were removed from our account, but not the faulty one. Now, 3 months later we are still paying for the faulty tablet. After numerous calls and requests to rectify our account
