Charging plug broken
I bought a Samsung galaxy a31 from vodacom in lakeside mall for 6000 rand all of a sudden not even 3 months down the line the plug broke to charge the phone. Been to several vodacom stores including the one I bought it from just to hear that I must send everything in just for the plug which includes the phone the data cable and the charging plug. How can you do that when you don't have another phone to use and it has all your personal details and info and pictures and music on it. They will not replace the plug than and there and they want everything which is not acceptable at all. Nothing is wrong with the phone or data cable its the plug.

Please note we have been in contact with our Repairs Team and they did confirm that a client is required to provide the faulty plug and the device for them to do a proper assessment.
