Charging me for something i dont have!!!!!

Vodacom and their 3rd party reseller sold me a device, did not work on arrival, requested for cancellation, process took forever!!! they sent courier to pick up device. I have not been refunded and i am being billed for a device i do not have!!!! Vodacom u suck!!!! cant wait for my last contract to expire next year, leaving vodacom!!!<br> i have cancelled 2 other contracts so far!!! just 1 left and im done with vodacom!!!! pathetic network!!!! pathertic service!!!
