Charging for phone not part of upgrade negotiated

I upgraded in January 2015 and have since then lodged over 10 complaints, via telephone & on Hello Peter. Refer my original complaint logged on HP 16:08 Tue 24 Feb for the full story. Since Vodacom have absolutely no interest in resolving my query by actually listening to the upgrade call & establish that Vodacom are indeed overcharging me, they seem to choose to ignore me. As a last resort I cancel my debit order & short pay the overcharged amount. At the time I tell the consultant to make a note why I am cancelling my debit order & that I will be short paying them, hoping this will be escalated to someone who will investigate. But no, it's just easier to suspend my services. The lady I spoke to now says she will make a note on my account and reactivate my phone, and said she will put me through to retentions to sort out... Was cut off during the transfer.<br> I cannot believe how incredibly bad the service is. Absolutely not one person at Vodacom is interested in sorting this out. They refuse to put me through to someone on a higher level. I thought management were there to resolve problems, not hide from customers. Shocking! Shocking! Shocking! Handing this over to my lawyer now.
