Charging for Note 4 and S gear

i am disabled and wanted to just upgrade to the Gear S on my contract, the customer service lady at Vodashop Vanderbjilpark told me i cannot just take the Gear S i must take the Note 4 to get the gear s. Now i see on my billing i am paying for the Gear S R270 inc vat and for the Note 4 R500 inc vat and then my sub that is R299 inc vat<br> <br> I cant afford it i only budget on R700 a mont that they told me the bill will be. <br> <br> This has to be sorted out as i as the customer has been taking for a ride, just because i am disabled don't mean i am totally stupid, and i only get a state pension of R1400 a month. <br> <br> In the first place i just wanted the Gear S because i have the S5, but they say i could not take it alone, which is **** i found out only now. <br> <br> Then i don't want this note 4 and i don't care how but i want the note for R500 sub cancelled, Immediately. <br> <br> I tyred to phone and speak to the people but have to hold one for long time and my airtime runs out.<br> <br> Hope this gets attentions fast<br> <br> D.S Du Toit
