Charging for non-requested services

For some reason I found out that I'm being billed for "Content Services" on my 3G/LTE contract, which I have no idea why or what for. It was charging me R7/day for the whole March and April for something I had no clue of. I tried stopping the service, which I did not request for, on the Vodacom site, but did not allow me stating it cannot do this. I mailed Vodacom, which they said they will contact me in 24 hours, which did not happen. After 3 days I then contacted Vodacom Client Services, which apparently they then already stopped. I asked them for what this "Content Services" I'm being charged for is, and all they can tell me is it happens to everybody else and that by just clicking on a link (no link to be clicked from my LTE device) it can activate this service, which I think is a **** story as you have to agree with any type of service for applying for it. I never selected any service that will charge me R7/day. They can also not even tell me what this service is I'm being charged for, but it is being charged for on my Vodacom account as "Content Services". This is really ridiculous that this is allowed and that they cannot even help with this.
