charging for account that has been closed last yea

In October last year I went to the Vodacom Shop in Alberton to give notice to close or stop two of my three contracts that was about to expire. i was handed the landline phone in the shop to speak to someone at vOdacom, that person told me they could only cancel the data contract at that time, and if i wanted to cancel the phone contract i will have to buy out the last two months. i told them to close the data contract and place notice on the other contract to be cancelled when it extired..<br> i am still being charged for the data contract, when i enquired about it I WAS SENT AN SMS THAT I NEED TO MADE AN AFFIDAVID AT THE POLICE STATION BEFORE VODACOM CAN LOOK INTO IT
