Charging for a non existent device

on Sunday the 25th of February I took out a new contract for an IPad air via the online shop. On Tuesday the 27th they delivered an IPad mini instead of the IPad air. I contacted the sales department and spoke to Lisa and Shawn and explained the situation. They said it would take 1 week to replace the Ipad Mini with an Ipad air as they first have to pick up one device return it to the warehouse and then dispatch the new device. I explained that I was leaving the country this past Sunday and I need it ASAP. Both Lisa and Shawn kept on promising to call me with a status update which the never did. On Thursday the 29th Refiloe Serobatse contacted me and asked that I urgently send her a picture of the IPad Mini serial numbers so that she can get me the correct device. On Friday afternoon RAM collected the incorrect device and I received a mail from Refiloe saying that she is trying her best to get the device delivered to me by Sunday which is already past. Now I have had to already pay R155 for a contract with a device where I do not have the device. As far as I am concerned that is ***** and now RAM just contacted me asking if I am at home as they need to pick up a parcel for Vodacom?
