Charging double VAT and refuse to correct it for 2 years
Overcharging my account for 2 years and charging double VAT. I have 2 accounts on my name, one for R449pm (incl VAT) and another for R279 (Incl) VAT. Every month I get an account where the mix add the 2 accounts together and break the figures down into a whole lot of random amounts that doesnt make sense and then they add VAT again on the total. R449 +R279 = R728. Easy maths. But they charge roughly R900 every month. I have phoned multiple times but they struggle to understand English and refuse to listen to me. Even the supervisor I've spoken to shouted me down on the phone and said I don't know what I'm talking about. I know this complaint won't even mean anything as they won't take it seriously.

03 Jul 2019, 11:49Nothing was resolved! The agent phoned me and antagonized me by being rude and telling me to stop interrupting him when I asked that he please stop breaking down the items on the bill into descriptions I don't understand (as my original complaint). I asked for the bottom line figure and he was dismissive and rude to me again. At this point I lost my temper and cancelled my call with him. I refuse to speak to someone not trained in client liaison or complaints. One would think that after 2 years of complaints and escalations regarding this issue and this report on hellopeter they would at least contact me with someone trained in client relation s****s. When my contracts end with Vodacom I will make use of another service provider and convince everyone I know to do the same. This is not the Vodacom of ten years ago.
