Charges to my account

I am an old age pensioner living on a fixed income which deteriorates daily on account of the country being in crisis. I note that each time I buy data or airtime you debit my account with a top up fee. Can I please ask that I be excluded from this fee, and that you consider waiving the fee, as I am a pensioner. .
