Charger for 2 handsets after upgrade - eligible for upgrade

Did you know when you upgrade the new device don't replace the old device but the new data ect are replace buy the new contract ? You get charged for the old device plus the new device even if Vodacom said you eligible to upgrade. Received new phoned on 08/02/2022 but was not pro-rata charge for it for Feb 2022 account. Then the shock for end March 2022 charge for 2 handsets because my old contract was not 24months. People please be careful when you upgrade Vodacom don't inform you that you will pay for 2 handsets !!!!! Not sure how I am going to use 2 handset with only 1 line (number)
