Charged without being advised of the charge
Date 2015/08/11 13.33 pm

I went into the vodacom store in randburg square, I took a sim card from the shelve and went to the till where the was two tellers servicing.
There was only one person in queue, while I waited to go next after him, the second teller was slowly sipping on her coke and called me me once she was done drinking her coke. The teller then asked me whether I'd like the sim card to be Rica'd or whether I will Rica it myself.
I told her non of the above as I would actually like to do a sim swap. The teller then asked me would you like to do it yourself or would you like one of the consultants in store to assist you.
I knew a sim swap was free of charge so I said it's fine the consultant can help me.
I then sat down with the consultant that was assisting me with the sim swap, after she was done she advised me to go back to the teller that I had initially spoke to and pay R29.00 This was very upsetting for me because no one advised me that I'll be paying R29.00 until the sim swap was done. I asked the teller: \but why didn't you tell me that I'll be charged R29.00 if I knew that I was going to be charged
