CHARGED TWICE FOR UPGRADE AND EXTRA - THAT WAS NOT THE DEAL!!!!!!!

I got a phone call, to upgrade the double tablet deal, the deal was to still pay R99 for the tablets but I will get 1GIG data and not 500MB. They told me that I will continue to pay the R99 every month. The only other amount I need to pay will be R150 upgrade fees. On my bank statement there was an amount deducted of R150 (DESCRIPTION: UPGRADEFEEEM - ********** 5-1) ..... THEN - on my Vodacom tax invoice I was charge R627.49 - Whereas R149.99 was for upgrade admin fees. Why do I have to pay twice for upgrade fee???? I want the 1 x R150 back. My account is usually R401.97. Now I had to pay R627.49. Why an extra R124.69??????? I want my money paid back to me. Even Daleen that assisted me telepathically advised that the quote says R99. But she also said that I am charged extra because the contract is only due for an upgrade in November. And she said that I am paying for 2 tablets now..... WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT??????? Then I am also told by Daleen that I was only charged R149.99 as per my tax invoice - I am not illeterate - you charged me twice for upgrade and now all of a sudden extra. Then she also asked me if I wanted the upgrade cancelled .... ***????? That was not the deal. I will not leave this here - you are taking my money without my consent. I want this sorted asap.
