Charged R583 on a R169pm 3GB Contract which has a R50 Call limit

<p>Vodacom, Why am I being charged R583(for data) on a 3GB contract which has a Call limit of R50, The limit was reached end of last month and the line locked, so why am I being hit with this huge bill.</p>
