Charged out of bundle rates AGAIN - app still broken - who else has this problem?

Calling all other abused customers to class action lawsuit.

I have suffered many billing issues with non-transparent Vodacom. As a RED VIP business customer I am treated as the lowest of the low. Nothing works for me. The app is broken since April and the call center barely functions. I need to authenticate myself multiple times (the voice password thing has never worked) and I need to fax a letter just to top up. On May 22nd I was warned that my bundle was expriring. On May 23rd I emailed with a letter and a copy of directors ID asking for a 5GB bundle and got a response saying it was app****. Vodacom *****ed up and didn't apply it properly and they billed me per megabyte to the tune of R8000 for a single month. This would be surprising if it wasn't so common. This network does not treat me as a customer. Rather they treat me as a player in a game where the aim of the game is to ****** as much money as possible billing me at the highest rates and seeing how long I will play along. After 13 years on their network I couldn't be more excited for my contract to be complete. There is no way for me to conduct business using this plan. The default should be to charge customers IN BUNDLE RATES but of course they would rather play a game where the customer always loses.

I hope Vodacom are punished in the way that they have tried to punish me for being a loyal customer.

I am calling on all other customers that have the same issue to join me in a class-action lawsuit. Lets make history and take down Vodacom.

Vodacom, please can you fix this immediately and charge me in bundle rates. This is getting aburd.

Thank you,

Guy
