Charged more than the contract amount in April

I have a debit order for my contract but in this month i was charged 1450 and they told me i subscribed to data bundles that i didnt subscribe to and when i called at the call centre they told me something that isnt true and they said they can not help me , i have been vodacom customer for a very long time but their service !!!
