Charged for something I do not know! taking advantage of your customers

I saw my contract bill being highly expensive and I looked at my statement and I notice that I am charged R216 for something called ~Vodacom Live. what is this and when did I subscribe to this ? I called their call centre and I am told that this is a subscription for games that I subscribed with an sms.

My vodacom prepaid sim was infested with WASP nonsense, and I cancelled it so now my contract line too, so does this mean I must cancel this line too. I can do that I do not have a problem.I am not going to tolerate this nonsense, please refund my money before I go to other providers who respect their customers!!
