Charged for services I didn't request
I am being charged of 500 SMS bundle that I didn't request. I made numerous calls to Vodacom who eventually said they'll deduct the R 112.50 from my account but end August, my debit order went off including the costs for the sms bundle.<br> I don't know what to do to get this fixed.<br> Sorry Vodacom you are loosing another customer.
