Charged for services after being told they are free.

I upgraded my Apple Watch at the end of September and had OneNumber connected on it. The only way to "transfer" OneNumber is to disconnect it o the old device, and reconnect on he new device. The activation process said that the connection is free, and I will receive OneNumber for free for 6 months. After reconnecting, I received an email that said the connection is free, and I will receive 3 free months. Yet I have been charged for both the connection and the OneNumber service on my latest invoice. This doesn't feel right, as you are providing misleading and inconsistent information and incorrect billing. Please fix this.
